If you have any concerns about the quality or condition of your fresh flower purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence if necessary. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
2. Non-Perishable Product Returns:
For non-perishable products, such as vases, containers, or gift items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund. In such cases, we may request photographic evidence or the return of the item for assessment purposes.
